Getting you back in the game of life is the primary goal of the staff of The Center for Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine at Highland District Hospital. We are proud to offer one of the most comprehensive Rehabilitation Programs in the area. We serve a very diverse scope of patients as well as providing services to patients of all ages.
Our 5,200 square foot facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and treatment modalities to help you achieve optimal progress and return to your prior level of function. Our team of Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants, and Athletic Trainers are available to assess any injury, design your individual rehabilitation program, and help you regain your independence. Our skilled staff also works closely with your physician and Home Health Services of Highland District Hospital to provide rehabilitative care to homebound patients.

Our Athletic Trainers service seven area schools, and offer onsite practice and game day coverage to our area athletes, as well as direct referrals to our orthopedic physicians if the need arises. |
